The double room rocks! a super comfy bed awaited me. i loved the coffee available on each floor. So convenient. the location is amazing, with cool restaurants nearby!
the sink leaked! i let the staff know. hopefully, they fix it soon for the next guest.

The restaurant managers are VERY kind. Their attentiveness created a warm atmosphere, and i felt especially grateful for the manager working on the evening. Their excellence is appreciated by many other travellers like me. Staff showed great professionalism and friendliness making me feel safe and at Home.

the check-in process was smooth. I also could store my suitcase for free after checkout, i appreciated THAT. My room was very cozy and the provided water was refilled daily, it was a plus.
the room design was basic. i didn't find it very appealing with its quirky additions. the lighting in the room was also poor. i wish there was a big light for when getting ready.

the staff seemed helpful. the food was good. i found the hotel clean. the check in was easy.
the air conditioner did not work well. the room became too warm and i reported it. they told me the fourth floor gets warm. the room did not have much storage.
